Course description:
The marathon course begins on pavement at the flashing light on Main Street in Choteau. Going south on Main Avenue, the course turns west on Division, then south on 7th Avenue, which turns into Highway 287. Turning west at Bellview Road, the course is gravel for several miles until it turns to dirt trail, and eventually back to gravel. The course makes a small loop at the near half-way point, and then heads back to Choteau on the same route. Once entering Choteau, the course stays on 7th Avenue and continues north to the finish line in front of the Elementary School.
Half-MarathonCost: Online registration $45 until 7/29 at which time it increases to $55. SWAG is not guaranteed if registered after 7/15.

The half-marathon course follows essentially the same course as the marathon. The loop is not included - the course is out and back...and shorter.

The 10K course will start and stop in front of the Choteau Elementary School. The turn will be at the top of Burd Hill. There will be two aid stations on this course.

The 5K course the shortest yet! Beginning and ending in the same area as the other courses, this course will be entirely on pavement and be within the city limits.
Kids' 5KCost: Online registration FREE until 7/29 at which time the fee increases to $10 due to our timing contract. If you would like to purchase a shirt for your child it will also be $10 but not guaranteed if registered after 7/15.

This race will probably have the shortest competitiors! Same course as the 5K and ran with the adult 5k.
