3:00 to 7:00 pm:  Packet Pickup at the Choteau Elementary School Lobby

5:00 to 7:30 pm:  Spaghetti Dinner (with homemade brownies!) at the Choteau Elementary School Cafeteria. 

7:00 pm:  Pre-race conference, "Enhancing Your Running Potential:  Understanding Shoegear, Conditioning and Injury Prevention.  Also a presentation from the local Grizzly Bear FWP Ranger.  There will also be a short list of announcements from the race director.


Saturday, July 31

4:00 to 7:45 am:  Late packet pickup/registration

5:00 am:  Marathon walkers start

6:00 am:  Marathon and ½ Marathon Start

7:45 am:  Massage tables will be set up!  Schedule your massages now!

8:00 am:  Start of the 5k/Kids 5k/ 10k events

8:00 am until 2:00 pm:  Massages and reflexology available

2:00 pm:  NAP TIME!
